What guarantee do you offer?

GUARANTEES

You may be wary buying your furniture online or via mail order, which we at Chesterfield Lounge perfectly understand. To reassure you that your purchase is safe and from a reputable business we offer all our customers the following guarantees:

Guarantee A: Quality Assurance
Our products are manufactured using age-old traditional methods and by tradesmen who take a genuine pride in their craft – and it shows in the fabulous quality of the furniture we supply. Your assurance of quality comes from the decades of experience our team has in producing some of the finest chesterfield style furniture available anywhere.

Guarantee B: Your Right To Reject Delivery
Upon delivery your furniture will be fully inspected and we will ask for your approval. If you are not happy with your furniture – for any reason – you may reject it and we will fully reimburse your purchase payment. No questions asked.

Guarantee C: Your Peace Of Mind
To further reassure you we offer a 21 day no-quibble returns policy. If in the unlikely event you discover a fault or flaw with our furniture – even up to 21 days after accepting delivery – you may return it to us for a refund. We will arrange collection of the goods from your home and once we have inspected the furniture back at our facility we will arrange a refund, minus any collection costs (within the UK at £30 per seat and outside of the UK at the same as the original delivery charge). However please bear in mind that we will be unable to grant a refund if upon inspection the furniture shows signs of damage or misuse – it’s essential that the furniture comes back to us in the same condition it was delivered to you.

Guarantee D: Factory Approved Warranty
Your furniture is provided with a full 10 year warranty on the frame (allowing for fair usage, wear and tear) and a 1 year cover for any flaws or defections in the leather (again, subject to fair usage, wear and tear). An extended, comprehensive 5 year warranty can be purchased too which covers accidental damage – please contact us for full details. This warranty is valid within the UK only.

Special Orders Or Bespoke On Request
Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of such items, as they will have been personally made to your own requirements. This policy also applies to any items ordered in the Specialist Hand Dyed Leathers.

Delivery Policy
Upon placing your order with us your furniture will be delivered to you within approximately 8-12 weeks. Please remember that your furniture is not “off the shelf” – it is purpose made for you and as such requires time to manufacture and produce. However, we do assure you that during the final phase of making your order we will contact you and advise you of a specific delivery date.

We are not a “stack them high and sell them cheap” company, ours is top quality chesterfield furniture made specifically for you and as such we appreciate your patience while our craftsmen complete your purchase.

How We Deliver

Within the UK
Delivery to any UK mainland address is free of charge.

Outside the UK
We use various different carriers to enable us to provide a worldwide delivery service. Most vehicles will arrive with just one driver so it’s important to make sure 2 people at least are on hand to receive delivery and assist with placing it in your home.

All delivery quotations made online are subject to potential additional surcharges, dependent on your delivery location. (eg. local taxes).We will confirm any changes to you prior to payment being taken.

Visiting Our Factory.
Customers are very welcome to view their furniture being made, or arrange collection of it. However, ours is not a facility open to the general public so please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Pricing Policy
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT. For VAT exemptions (eg. a company purchase within the EU, but outside the UK) please contact us for full details.
