Shipping and Handling
Our delivery service is WORLD-WIDE and we only use carriers that specialise in furniture transportation ensuring an efficient home delivery service. The carrier will call and give you a time frame when they will be in your area. If the delivery is missed (for whatever reason) the delivery is rescheduled within 7-10 working days. Please note that it is your responsibility that what you ordered fits into your home or work entrance.
Deliveries within the United Kingdom is FREE
Delivery to any UK mainland address is free of charge and includes a two-man in-home service. On most occasions the vehicle used for our UK deliveries is a 17 ton lorry (about the size of a double-decker bus) and so please inform us in advance if there is restricted access to your street to avoid delays.
The vehicle used for our International deliveries is a 17 tonne lorry (about the size of a double-decker bus) hence please advise us if there is restricted access to your street as a delivery surcharge may apply.
Finally, please also be advised that local taxes may apply to countries outside the EU. If in doubt, please contact your local tax office.
We have partnered with various different carriers to provide a worldwide delivery service. To help us maintain a low-cost delivery solution, most vehicles will arrive with a single driver. It is therefore necessary to ensure at least two people are present to help carry the furnishings into your home. Any extra services such as a second man or packaging removal are subject to surcharges and must be requested in advance.
All delivery calculations online are subject to possible surcharges, for example, in cases of restricted access or local taxes. We reserve the right to alter the final delivery price accordingly and will confirm any changes before taking payment.
